Everything you need to know about shipping

cheaper options, are packaged in a small envelope so it will meet with the standards, the more expensive option UPS delivery is packaged in a box, nicely and most importantly with a tracking number <3

Shipping time is counted since fulfilment time which takes about 1-3 weeks. Everything is made to order and we've met with a lot of traffic lately so were doing our best to ship everything asap!

During COVID-19 packages may be longer in transit.

 SHIPPING POLICY

Envelope (untracked) shipping

Usually takes about 7-14 days in Europe, anywhere else 14-28 days

We will not be held responsible for any lost mail in the event that it does occur. Customers who opt for basic shipping should be aware of the possibility for lost parcel. In order to guarantee no lost parcels, you may opt for Tracked Shipping. Although there was just 5/100 lost parcels, and after all its unlikely for it to get lost

RETURNED PACKAGES

In the case of returned packages, it is a case-by-case basis. We will get into contact with you with regards to the reason that the package was returned. If address provided was incorrect/incomplete, you will be responsible for paying for the shipping again. 

A common mistake is forgetting your unit number. If you live in a Condominium or any housing estate, please remember to put the name of your Condo, as well as your unit number.
