Whats your processing time?
All jewelry pieces are 'made to order'. After placing your order with us, please understand that we usually have a lot of orders to fulfill. Our processing time is up to one week on all made to order products currently. This timeframe can change at any moment. We strive for perfection in each piece so we need time to ensure the best quality is provided to you. Your patience is very much appreciated.
If for some reason you need your order sooner than our ETA timeframe, please contact us and we will see what we can do for you.
If you are moving and need your shipping delivery address updated, we are happy to change the delivery location for you if your order has not yet been mailed out. Please contact us right away.

Do you ship internationally?
YES, we do ship internationally! Please note that all possible further customs and duty fees are the customer's responsibility to pay. These may vary by country.
What if I break my jewellery?
We are happy to repair your jewelry for free within the first year of purchasing from us. Customer will be responsible for covering postage costs there and back however. If the damage is considered more than a simple “repair”, we may refuse to fix it for free. Contact us if you are seeking a repair.
Do you have sales?
Yes! We do have sales on special occasions. You should follow us on Instagram @yourdreamletters and sign up for the newsletter to stay up to date and know when these sales occur!
I am a social media influencer and I'm interested in working with your brand, how can I apply for a collab?
Thank you for taking an interest in our brand! We really love influencer marketing and working with influencers all over! You can fill out an application here. Please understand that our collaboration offers vary based on the size of your audience and whether we feel your content aligns with our brand. Please also understand that we may not always be willing to send PR: free products.
